Validate V1R4C1 review risk fixes.

Execute

1. Validate Git repository resolution:

   • AIOS_GITOPS_ROOT
   • repository owner/name
   • no stale hardcoded bare repo path

2. Validate model registry:

   • models loaded from config/model-registry.yaml
   • unavailable models fallback safely
   • model selection audited

3. Run tests for:

   • context isolation
   • agent observability
   • repository resolution

Validation signals

• AIOS_V1R4C1_REPO_PATH_VALIDATED
• AIOS_MODEL_REGISTRY_READY
• AIOS_REVIEW_FIXES_READY

Governance

• No direct main push.
• No secrets in Git.
• Owner gate required for promotion.
