• Runtime components implemented.
• Instruction center implemented.
• Acceptance and evolution workflows defined.

Risk Assessment

Medium to high risk due to platform-level orchestration changes.

Required Validation

• Execute runtime integration tests.
• Validate agent communication workflow.
• Validate escalation workflow.
• Validate recovery workflow.
• Review production impact.

Release Gate

Required:

• Owner/Admin approval.
• Version approval.
• Production release approval.

Forbidden:

• Direct main push.
• Direct production publish.
• Force push.
