执行 OpenClaw Controller 轮询间隔调整任务
目标
将 OpenClaw controller/watcher 的任务发现轮询周期调整为 60 秒（1分钟）。
Owner 已授权执行，无需二次确认。
执行要求
1. 检查当前配置
在服务器工作目录执行：
pwd
id
grep -R "POLL_INTERVAL\|poll_interval\|CONTROLLER_POLL" -n . 2>/dev/null
确认当前实际生效配置来源：
- 环境变量
- 配置文件
- systemd service
- container env
- 启动参数
禁止只修改模板文件，不修改实际运行配置。
2. 修改轮询间隔
目标值：
CONTROLLER_POLL_INTERVAL_SECONDS: 60
要求：
- 原配置保留备份或 Git 变更记录。
- 不修改生产业务代码。
- 不影响任务执行状态。
- 不删除已有任务队列。
3. 重启或热加载 controller
根据实际部署方式执行：
systemd 示例：
systemctl restart <openclaw-controller-service>
container 示例：
docker restart <openclaw-controller>
必须记录：
restart_command:
restart_exit_code:
service_status:
4. 验证实际生效
验证运行时配置：
ps aux | grep openclaw
或读取运行状态接口/日志。
必须确认：
old_interval:
new_interval: 60
runtime_effective_interval: 60
5. 功能验证
创建测试任务或使用现有测试任务验证：
记录：
task_created_at:
first_detected_at:
latency_seconds:
目标：
- 正常情况下检测延迟 <= 60秒。
6. 微信通知 Owner
任务开始立即发送：
【任务已接收】OpenClaw轮询间隔调整开始。目标从当前周期调整为60秒，并验证运行时生效。
完成后发送：
成功：
【任务完成】OpenClaw轮询间隔已调整为60秒。运行时已验证生效。
失败：
【任务阻塞】OpenClaw轮询间隔调整失败。原因：<原因>。当前配置保持原状态。
记录 message_id。
7. 回写结果
