AIOS V1R1C1 Codex GitOps Online Release

Purpose

Merge the current controlled ChatGPT/Codex GitOps access changes into the latest online baseline and make Git the operating version manager for Codex changes.

Included

• ChatGPT Actions API adapter and OpenAPI schema.
• Secret-safe model registration using secret_ref.
• codex-gitops-bot runtime token account with scoped API permissions.
• Codex online GitOps configuration under config/codex/gitops-online.json.
• Baseline metadata updated from V1R1C0 to V1R1C1.

Excluded

• Acceptance dummy model registry entries from patch/chatgpt-model-acceptance-*.
• Plaintext API keys or bearer tokens.

Verification

• curl https://cnnetmkt.top/api/base returns 200.
• curl https://cnnetmkt.top/api/openapi-chatgpt-actions.yaml returns 200.
• bash scripts/package_contract_check_v1r1c0.sh passes.
• bash scripts/codex_gitops_online_check.sh passes after tag publication.
