AIOS V1R1C2 Codex GitOps Online Sync Release

Purpose

Make Codex/API writes visible in the online Git service by syncing non-main patch branches from /data/aios-gitops/workspace into the Gitea bare repository after each committed write.

Included

• active-runtime/app/aios_chatgpt_actions_api.py now syncs non-main branch commits to the online Git bare repository.
• POST /api/tag direct owner flow syncs tags when executed.
• config/codex/gitops-online.json records online_git_sync=true.
• Live and template systemd service configuration declares AIOS_GITOPS_BARE_REPO.

Policy

main remains protected. API/Codex writes still commit to patch/request branches and owner/admin approval remains required for V-level production actions.
