Goal

Expose OpenClaw/Hermes/sub-agent scheduling and resource metrics in Web UI.

Deploy

1. Deploy agent observability collector.
2. Capture execution records:
   • entry agent
   • delegation path
   • Hermes usage
   • child agents
   • duration
   • token usage when adapter provides it
3. Enable dashboard:
   • /admin/ai-evolution/agents
4. Apply permission visibility:
   • user: own sessions
   • group_admin: group sessions
   • owner: global audit

Validation signals

• AIOS_AGENT_OBSERVABILITY_READY
• AIOS_AGENT_ROUTING_VISUAL_READY
• AIOS_AGENT_COST_METRICS_READY

Governance

• No cross-user visibility.
• Token details are permission controlled.
• All execution records are audited.
