+# AIOS Agent Instruction Center
+
+This directory is the AIOS Agent execution instruction center.
+
+All Codex, OpenClaw and Hermes instructions must be managed through GitOps.
+Instructions for Windows Codex App and custom GPT review follow the same rule
+when they affect AIOS execution, review or release work.
+
+## Required Rules
+
+- Every instruction must be versioned.
+- Instruction files must not contain token, password, API key or secret values.
+- Force push is not allowed for instruction delivery.
+- Production changes, V-level changes, tags and release switches require owner approval.
+- Existing runtime, config and patch records must not be deleted by instruction updates.
+
+## Directory Layout
+
+- `codex/`
+- `openclaw/`
+- `hermes/`
+- `windows_codex_app/`
+- `custom_gpt_review/`
+
+## Naming Convention
+
+Use this path format:
+

+
+## Usage
+
+Reference an instruction by agent and versioned instruction name, for example:
